Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary Package: PKR 35,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication via phone, email, and chat
  • Address client inquiries related to trading accounts, transactions, and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to guide clients effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Urdu
  • Basic understanding of trading/finance is a plus

Previous CSR experience preferred

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary Package: PKR 40,000 – 70,000/month + Commissions

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client leads for our trading services
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in financial services, forex, or commodities preferred

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary Package: PKR 60,000 – 100,000/month (negotiable based on expertise)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor global commodities markets, especially gold and silver
  • Conduct in-depth technical and fundamental analysis
  • Prepare daily/weekly market reports and trading insights
  • Assist the team with market strategies based on data and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in commodity or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Proficient in MS Excel, TradingView, or similar tools
